Before we get into that, let me introduce myself.
My name is Lathan. I'm an online fitness & nutrition coach, fitness lover, and helper to anyone who will take it! 

You may be thinking, alright all this sounds good, but why should I believe this random dude?  Well through my own fitness journey of losing 100 lbs and completely relearning how to be a healthy adult, while still enjoying life of course, I've learned quite a bit that I know will help you. 

Over the last five years, I've trained all kinds of people. Different genders, races, and ages... and I've realized most of us want a lot of the same things:

-Feel good about yourself
-Like what you see in the mirror
-be healthy enough to do all the things you love

Whether that's being a kick ass parent, going on a hiking trip with your best friends, or going for a long run after a tough day at work. 

You can absolutely have all that. And you should have that because you deserve it!

The bottom line is this. I've been in your shoes. Unhappy with how I looked. Frustrated and confused on how to go about making this change. And lacking confidence in myself. 

So I know how much that sucks which is exactly why I created this program because how I feel now in my in my body and my new found confidence is honestly priceless.

FAQ

What equipment do I need?
For the bodyweight workout program, you don't need any equipment.
For the dumbbell-only program, at least one set of moderately heavy dumbbells.  
The full gym program needs a barbell, dumbbells, bands, or a cable machine...which you will find at almost all standard public gyms. 


What if I'm a beginner in the gym?
That's okay! You don't need to be an expert in the gym. Just having a little background experience in fitness will help. All programs will have hyperlinked videos along with detailed notes and tips. 

What if I'm in the middle of a training program I like? 
If you are currently on a different program and want to join for nutrition help, and/or support group, you can do that!

What if I can't make the Q&A's to get help? 
Everything will be recorded and you can always send me a question to answer even if you can't attend the live Q&A's. 

How many days a week are the programs? 
All of the workout programs will be four days a week. (With an easy option to make them three days a week if that's all you have time for right now!) 

Where there be meal plans provided?
 No, and the reason for that is I actually want your results to last forever. So rather than give you a meal plan, I will teach you how to build your own to get you the results you want.
