I'm here to tell you ALL that is possible.
But first, let me introduce myself.
My name is Lathan. I'm an online fitness & nutrition coach, fitness lover, and helper to anyone who will take it! 

You may be thinking, what does this dude know about helping ladies get into shape?  Well, I'm not a lady, but through my own fitness journey of losing 100 lbs and completely relearning how to be a healthy adult, while still enjoying life, I've learned quite a bit that I know will help you. 

Over the last five years, I've trained all kinds of people. Different genders, races, and ages... and I've realized most of us want a lot of the same things:
Feel good about yourself,
Like what you see in the mirror,
And be healthy enough to do all the things you love!

Whether that's being a rockstar mom, going on a snowboarding trip with the girls, or going for a long run after a tough day at work. 

You can absolutely have all that. And you should because you deserve it!

As ladies, you are busy as hell, and you don't have time to stress over every fitness detail. That's why I am going to make it easy on you!

Join the challenge so you're not the one this summer saying, "I wish I would have committed to the gym more..."

What equipment do I need?
For the bodyweight workout program, you don't need any equipment.
For the dumbbell-only program, at least one set of moderately heavy dumbbells.  
The full gym program needs a barbell, dumbbells, bands, or a cable machine...which you will find at almost all standard public gyms. 

What if I'm a beginner in the gym?
That's okay! You don't need to be an expert in the gym. Just having a little background experience in fitness will help.

What if I'm in the middle of a training program I like? 
If you are currently on a different program and want to join for the challenges, nutrition help, and/or support group, you can do that!

Do I have to participate in the weekly challenges? 
No. If you are just looking for a good program and extra support, this challenge will provide that!

How many days a week are the programs? 
All of the workout programs will be four days a week. (With an easy option to make them three days a week if that's all you have time for right now!) 

What will training splits be
The dumbbell and full gym programs will be split into two upper-body days and two lower-body days. 
The bodyweight program will be four days of full-body workouts.
