An 8-week challenge where I'll give you the entire game plan to lose fat, build muscle, gain strength, and have fun while doing it!

A lot of you guys know me, but for those who don't, welcome brother!
 

My name is Lathan. I was an offensive lineman back in my college days at the Harvard of the Midwest (Coe College). Back then I tipped the scales at 300+ pounds and while it helped me with football, it wasn't great for my long-term health. 
 

I'll always be a lineman at heart but I don't look the part anymore because I've lost 100 pounds. I feel 10 times better both physically and mentally since dropping that weight, gaining muscle, strength, and confidence. 


Since then I've had a bunch of old teammates, friends, and dudes I don't even know ask me, know they can do the same. I've made it my goal to help as many guys as I can make their own transformation. I never imagined I could look or feel this good im my 30's, and I want the same for you. 

For some guys, that means losing a bunch of weight like I did.
For others, it's building muscle and getting jacked.


And for others, it's about getting fit so you can do stuff like play in a pick-up game or play with your kids without getting injured or out of breath. 


I've had dozens of conversations with guys who feel stuck in the same spot as they've gotten older.
 
Used to play sports but that ended, they fell off, got bored in the gym, and gained weight or got out of shape. 
 
After awhile it becomes hard to ignore every time you look in the mirror. It starts to show up not just in your physical health but in your mental health and personal life.
 
To be blunt, that shit sucks and you don't have to live that way.
We're way too young to feel like trash and spend the next 50 years managing health problems and missing out on life. 

I get it can be tough to figure it out on your own as we get older and busier. There are no teammates or coaches to tell you what to do or hold you accountable.
 
So I've put all that together for you.  
All you have to do is execute the plan.
 
You're not doing it alone either you'll have my full support along with a bunch of other dudes chasing similar goals. 🤝

The Challenge Will
Run Like This

1.Once you secure your spot, you'll get an email to download the fitness app

2. You'll create a profile and recieve a message explaining the next steps 

3. On the app you'll get your workouts, nutrition info, and follow-up messages about important details of the challenge 

4. You'll get videos explaining workouts, nutrition, and how the challenge will run

5. Each week, there will be an optional fitness challenge you can join in on. If you don't want to do the challenge, that's cool. Plenty of guys got great results just focusing on the workouts and nutrition 

6. There will be an ongoing leaderboard and point system for each challenge

7. At the end of the 8 weeks, the winner will win prize money and bragging rights 

8. No participation trophies here, but everyone else gets the consolation prize of losing fat, building muscle, and making gains with a bunch of cool guys!

Frequent Questions

What equipment do I need?
Dumbbell only program can be done with a couple of pairs of dumbbells or adjustable dumbbells. 
The full gym program will include things you'd find in most gyms. There will be substitute exercises you can use if you don't have access to certain equipment. 


Will you provide a diet plan?
I will provide you with personalized macros, 40+ quick and easy recipes, grocery lists, and plenty of diet and nutrition tips so you'll have everything you need. 

What fitness app will this use? 
Trainerize. This is where you'll find workouts, where you can message me with any questions you have, find healthy recipes, track calories, protein, consistency, etc.  

Do I have to participate in the weekly challenges? 
No, these weekly challenges will be optional, but in the other challenges, this was one of favortie parts of the challenge for a lot of guys. 

How many days a week are the programs? 
There will be a 3-day or 4-day option for both programs, depending on what works best for your schedule so if you can commit to at least 3 hours a week you can make great progress.
