Hey! My name is Lathan, and I help people change their lives through fitness!

I have two main goals for you. One is to get you the results you deserve. The other is to show you exactly how we do it so you never have to worry about losing those results. There's nothing worse than getting crazy life-changing results and then watching them slip away... which is, sadly, a majority of people. 

That is where my approach differs from others. We're not looking for a quick fix. We're looking to do this the right way so you can feel good now and for years to come.  

The best part about it is we are going to do it in a way that actually makes sense for you. In a way that fits your lifestyle, your goals, and your needs.  No miserable diets or cookie-cutter programs. 


I've lost and sustained 100 pounds going on 5+ years now (which you can check out in the pic).

Since then, I have helped other people make their transformations through health and fitness, and I'm confident I can help you do the same.
