I was in that same position as you. My name is Lathan, and like you, I had that voice whispering to me every single day. Every time I saw myself in the mirror. I would think to myself, "I really need to make a change"
I'm not happy. I'm not healthy. And I just really want to feel good in my own skin. I want to feel confident when I take my shirt off. I want to wake up in the morning full of energy rather than feeling tired and sluggish.

And I wanted to do it in a way where I could still enjoy life. I had seen too many stories of people losing a bunch of weight or getting super fit, only to watch all their hard work go to waste and end up back where they started. Even more frustrated and defeated.
I knew there had to be a better way. A way where you could have the best of both worlds. Be fit, be healthy, look good, feel great, and still enjoy life.
Still, be able to go out to a nice dinner and have dessert. Go out and have a few drinks and enjoy yourself without ruining all your hard work.
Since losing 100 pounds, getting in the best shape of my life at 30 years old, and even running a marathon, I can say it is possible to have both.

On top of being in the best shape of my life, I regularly enjoy pizza and beer. I go out to eat with family and friends and eat the things I want guilt-free.

Since getting to this point, my goal has been to share this lifestyle with anyone who wants the same thing. Feel their best and look their best while still enjoying their life to the fullest.

I won't lie to you and say it's all easy.
